You’ll be surprised at how often you find yourself reaching for this traditional spicy sauce, popular in India and many South East Asian countries.  It adds a huge boost of flavor when brushed over grilled meats and vegetables or mixed with yogurt as a dip.  Great for wings and batter-dipped chicken strips, too.

Tearless Onion & Chives Seasoning Blend
Sprinkle this wonderful blend of onion, green onion and chives on vegetables, pork chops and chicken to really wake up the flavor.  Or, try sautéing with fresh mushrooms and green peppers to top steaks and burgers.  It’s delicious in mashed or scalloped potatoes and also makes a fabulous dip.  Just add to mayonnaise and sour cream.

Black Truffle Bordeaux Sauce
